Tour Zacapa, the second edition

The famous Guatemalan rum Ron Zacapa is the protagonist of the tour that will travel trough Italy to be reinterpreted by the Italian excellence in the restaurant business. During this second edition, in fact, there will be ten chefs (for ten dinners) who will create a tailored menu for their customers. Michele De Liguoro, Massimiliano Poggi, Hiroshi Tachikawa and Manuel Astuto, four artists that, from May  21st to June 29th, will match three different Zacapa references (Zacapa 23, Zacapa 23 Etiqueta Negra and Zacapa XO) to dishes made specifically to enhance their notes. So many chefs for as many types of luxury distilled: Zacapa 15 Solera Reserva, Zacapa 23 Solera Gran Reserva, Zacapa 23 Etiqueta Negra Solera Gran Reserva (exclusive for the Italian market) and Zacapa XO Solera Gran Reserva Especial.
