Lennon: soon the first collection of John Lennon vinyl studio album

Considered as one of the protagonists of the history of music, John Lennon was one of the few artists to have received numerous awards, even after his death, such as the Grammy Awards and two BRIT Awards, as well as being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and in the Songwriters Hall of Fame. What’s more, it was also included by Rolling Stone magazine in the Top 5 of the “100 greatest singers of all time”. His name still continues to reign supreme in the world of music, thanks also to this release (out on June 9th): the first complete collection of studio albums on vinyl. Eight LPs recorded by Lennon, absent for some time on the market, are now collected for the first time in a box simply titled Lennon, with a new specific mastering for vinyl made by Sean Magee at the Abbey Road Studios.

John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band, 1970, Imagine, 1971, Some Time In New York City (2LP) of 1972, Mind Games,1973, Walls and Bridges, 1974, Rock’n’Roll, 1975, Double Fantasy, 1980 and Milk and Honey, 1984: each LP is reproduced with the graphics of the original English editions published between 1970 and 1984. Imagine, for example, will include a replica of the poster and two postcards.

In late August, the LP can be purchased individually.
