Versace… in the heart of Milano

Versace opens its new boutique, made by Jamie Fobert, in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in Milan announcing its participation to the monument restoration, supervised by the Fine Arts, in order to bring to light the original decoration of the early twentieth century spared by the Second World War bombing.

“The importance of Milan for Versace is crucial, so the opening of this store has a meaning even more deep”, said Donatella Versace. “The story of Versace meets the future and it was an honor to defend and promote the value of the italian culture, returning to Milan one of its jewels,” said the designer and added: “My collaboration with Jamie Fobert is based on a close link between fashion and architecture, from New York to Paris to this city too.”

To celebrate the opening, the maison presents the Versace Ornamental Collection.
