White lauches Time, a contemporary fashion prize

Designed and produced by White and the Italian Chamber of Fashion Buyers, with the collaboration of Lancia, Farfetch and sponsored by the City of Milan, the Time Award was created with the intention of promoting contemporary fashion companies and brands, a part of the fashion industry still little known to the public, but that is becoming more and more known among the insiders.

The goal is to give visibility and business opportunities to companies already in the market, but who have not yet had the strength to assert itself as a brand despite having all the characteristics, also in terms of production capacity.

The 10 finalists of the first edition will present their collections for spring/summer 2016 in the Sala Lounge in Via Tortona 10 from Saturday, June 20; among these, buyers present at the show will vote the winning collection.

The Time project also includes a calendar of 4 trunk show in 4 best shop of Camera Buyer. The first two events are planned in Rome, in the first half of July at Degli Effetti boutique, and in Milan to Banner, in Via Sant’Andrea, on September 22 during the Vogue Fashion Night. Then Naples and Palermo, in dates and location yet to be determined.

Finally, there is an online contest too to engage the public network that will vote the look of the 10 finalists and determine the favourite designer.
